Peak Forms · Contact form use case

A contact form that sorts your inquiries

For agencies, coaches and consultancies: a few clear fields, one question about the need and a confirmation that says what happens next. So you know what it is about before you reply.

  • Agency

    „Tell us about your project“

    Also asks
What is it about? · Company or website · Budget range · When should it start?
    Afterwards
A short call or meeting to clarify scope and budget.
  • Consultancy

    „How can we help?“

    Also asks
Which topic? · Company or website · Phone · When should it start?
    Afterwards
A first call about the situation, then a concrete proposal.
  • 코치

    „Let's talk“

    Also asks
Where are you right now? · How did you find us?
    Afterwards
An intro call to see whether working together fits.

Blue check mark

Before and after submitting

Clear about what is asked and what happens next

  1. Only ask what you need

Every field costs time. Name, email and message are often enough, plus one question about the need.

  2. Make privacy visible

A short notice right at the submit button says what the details are used for, with a link to your privacy policy.

  3. Name the next step

The confirmation says who gets in touch, when and how. So nobody is left waiting in the dark.
