Peak Forms

Use case · Onboarding

Everything for a good start, in one go.

Instead of five e-mails with follow-up questions, you send new customers one form: contact person, company, billing e-mail, goals and preferred start.

Company details land on the contact in Peak One, not in a second list.

The onboarding template

Four pages, one complete picture.

The most important question sits in the middle: how will you know in 90 days that working together paid off?

What you gain

Fewer follow-ups, faster start.

  • Complete data

Required questions make sure nothing is missing. Progressive saving helps with longer forms.

  • Measurable success

The 90-day question records how the customer measures success. You can come back to it later.

  • Next step in Work

The response becomes a task in Peak Work, for example for the kickoff.

How to start

Build once, use for every customer.

  3. Send after signing

Put the link in your welcome mail.

Frequently asked questions

Can I prefill answers?

Hidden fields take values from the link, such as a campaign. Visible fields are filled in by the customer.

What if the customer stops halfway?

With progressive saving the started response is kept and appears as “started”.

Can I see who is still missing?

Under Dialogs you see who submitted. There is no automatic reminder.
