Peak Forms

Peak Forms · From one sentence

Describe your form. Peak Forms builds the first draft.

One sentence is enough: what the form is for, who it should reach and what should happen next. You get questions, logic and fitting results, and for every choice you see why it was made.

No account needed. The preview here sends and stores nothing.

Before · After

Your sentence becomes a draft.

Pick an example or write your own sentence. The preview shows which template Peak Forms recognises and what goes into the draft.

Before: your sentence

Enquiry form for first calls: only companies with 3M € revenue or more, good fits should book a call right away.

After: your draft

Recognised: Qualify leads

Questions

  1. What is it about?
  2. How much revenue does your company make per year?
  3. When should it start?
  4. Do you have a say in this investment?
  5. Name, email, company and consent

Logic

Points for fit, need, urgency and decision

Results

  • Good fit: pick a time
  • Review: personal check
  • Thanks: general close

Why this way

  • Revenue as ranges with 3M € as the threshold. Just below lands in “Review”.
  • Proposal: qualified from 60 points, review from 35. These are not confirmed criteria of your company.
  • Qualified people see “Pick a time” right away. Link your Peak Booking page in the result.

Preview from the Peak Forms templates. In Peak Forms it becomes an editable draft that you review before you save or publish it.

In the draft

Not a blank page, a first version.

  • Questions

In a sensible order, with answer options and contact details at the end.

  • Logic

Follow-ups that only appear for matching answers, and points where a decision is due.

  • Results

Different endings depending on the answers, for example “Pick a time” or “We will review this”.

  • Reasoning

Every assumption is in the plan: what was recognised, which threshold applies and what you should check.

You decide

A proposal, not an autopilot.

Peak Forms saves and publishes nothing on its own. Every assumption is visible in the draft so you can check, change or delete it.

  • The proposal is not saved on its own.
  • Nothing is published until you decide.
  • Assumptions are marked as assumptions, not facts.
  • Without a clear use case Peak Forms asks instead of guessing.

How it works

From a sentence to a published form

  1. Describe the goal in one sentence

What for, for whom and what should happen next. You can name limits such as revenue or team size right away.

  2. Review the draft

Read the reasoning, remove questions you don't need and adjust thresholds.

  3. Play the preview

Fill in the form yourself and see which follow-up and which result appears.

  4. Publish and share

Only after your review does the form get its link.

Frequently asked questions

Does Peak Forms create the form with AI?

Peak Forms turns your sentence into a complete first draft. Today this happens with fixed, traceable rules over reviewed templates. A language model is only used when it is switched on for your workspace, and the proposal tells you what it is based on.

Is my sentence stored on this page?

No. The preview runs in your browser and sends nothing. A draft in your workspace is only created in Peak Forms after you sign in.

What if Peak Forms does not understand my sentence?

Then nothing is assumed. Peak Forms asks which decision should come out of the answers, and you choose the fitting path.

Can I change the draft completely?

Yes. Questions, order, logic, points and results are editable. Nothing is published until you decide.
