Three kinds of findings

What blocks publishing and what only advises.

Blockers prevent publishing, warnings and tips are recommendations. The check also shows the estimated completion time.

The findings are paraphrased from the quality check. The form is fictional.

What gets checked

Technology and logic
Missing questions, rules that never apply and results nobody reaches.
Privacy
Personal data without a notice, and notices that contradict how data is actually saved.
Completion risk
Forms that are too long, too many required questions and contact details too early.
Follow-up
A missing e-mail question or no result that notifies you of important responses.

Where does the estimated time come from?

Each field type has a guide value. The free form length calculator uses the same values.

Does the check cover accessibility too?

It checks clarity and the mobile view, but not a full accessibility audit.
