Use case · Customer research
Ask customers what they really need.
Four open and closed questions show you what customers use your offer for, how satisfied they are and what would make it better.
Follow-ups only with permission: the e-mail question is optional.
The research template
Four questions, one page.
The template has no hidden points and no downstream promises. It collects answers you analyze yourself.

Template from Peak Forms
Template from the Peak Forms editor, translated for this page.
What it fits
From product to service.
Product feedback
Ask after a release what gets used and what's missing.
Market research
Ask existing customers about a new offer before you build it.
Prepare interviews
Whoever gives an e-mail is open to a conversation. That's how you find interviewees.
How to start
Ask, collect, analyze.
Pick one question
What do you want to decide in the end? Cut every question that doesn't help with that.
Adapt the template
Tailor answer options and tone to your customers.
Analyze
Read responses under Dialogs and export as CSV for deeper analysis.
Frequently asked questions
How many responses do I need?
For patterns in open answers a few are often enough. For reliable shares you need more; the sample size calculator under Tools helps.
Can I ask anonymously?
Yes. The template creates no contacts as long as nobody gives an e-mail.
Does AI help with the analysis?
An AI summary of responses is not yet generally available in Peak Forms.
