Academy · free self-study path
Learn what you can apply on Monday.
A free self-paced path in five text lessons: spot the bottleneck, proximity to money, run the pipeline, vet automation, measure impact. No login, no video, no certificate – every lesson with a learning goal and an assignment.
What the Academy is: five text lessons that build on each other and can be applied immediately. What it isn't: no video course, no certificate, no community, no login, no paid program.

The path
Five lessons, one sequence.
Each lesson has a learning goal, a concrete example, an exercise, and a reflection aid. Plan on 10 to 15 minutes of reading and 30 to 60 minutes of work on your own case.
- 01Identify the bottleneckLearning goalYou can tell a symptom from a cause, formulate a measurable goal, and write down a bottleneck hypothesis so that a test could refute it.AssignmentFor your company, write a symptom, a measurable goal, a hypothesis, and a test, on at most half a page.approx. 3 min readOpen lesson
- 02Proximity to moneyLearning goalYou can assign every open task to one of four phases, adjust the order with four corrections, and derive a weekly list from it.AssignmentAssign ten of your open tasks to the four phases, correct the order and schedule the first five into the coming week.approx. 3 min readOpen lesson
- 03Running the pipelineLearning goalYou can formulate verifiable stage criteria and describe every deal so that it's clear what happens next, who does it, and by when.AssignmentTake five open deals from your CRM and bring each one up to date: stage with criterion met, next step, owner, date.approx. 2 min readOpen lesson
- 04Check automationLearning goalYou can describe a manual task so that its automation benefit can be calculated after operating costs, and you recognize when exceptions eat up the benefit.AssignmentChoose a recurring task, scope it, count volume and minutes, estimate operating costs and calculate the net benefit with the automation calculator.approx. 3 min readOpen lesson
- 05Measuring impactLearning goalYou can set in advance how you'll recognize a measure's effect, with baseline, definition, comparison period, and cohort, and you know when you may say “it worked” and when not.AssignmentFor a running or planned initiative, write down the baseline, metric definition, comparison period and cohort – before you know the result.approx. 3 min readOpen lesson
How to work with it
One case, five weeks.
- 01Pick a real case from your company – a bottleneck, a pipeline, a manual task.
- 02Work through one lesson per week. Read first, then do the assignment on your own case.
- 03Record your results in writing. The reflection aid at the end of each lesson shows whether you're done.
- 04Use the matching work aids: bottleneck diagnosis, sales management playbook, automation profile, and KPI definition sheet are linked from the lessons.
- 05After lesson 5 you'll have a baseline, a definition, and a comparison period for your case – the foundation for measuring impact instead of guessing.
