Find appointments. Without the back and forth.

Why change anything

An appointment shouldn't take five emails.

  • You suggest times that don't work for the other person.
  • By the time the reply arrives, the slot is already taken.
  • Who booked when is scattered across your inbox and calendar.

Until now

  1. Suggest times by email
  2. Wait for a reply
  3. Look for new times
  4. Enter appointments by hand

With Booking

  1. Share booking link
  2. The other person picks an open slot
  3. Appointment appears in your overview

How it works

To your result in 3 steps.

  1. 01

    Create appointment type

Give the appointment a name and a duration, for example an initial consultation of 30 minutes.

  2. 02

    Set availability

Decide on which days and at which times people can book you for this appointment.

  3. 03

    Share link

Send the booking link by email or put it on your site. You'll see booked appointments in Booking.

What gets better

Three things Booking does for you.

Less coordination

The other person sees your open times and decides for themselves, instead of waiting for your next suggestion.

One booking link per appointment type with the times you've opened up.

Clear appointment types

Initial consultation, advisory session, or check-in: each occasion has its own duration and its own times.

Multiple booking pages side by side, each with its own availability.

All bookings at a glance

You see which appointments are booked and which booking pages appointments come in through.

Overviews for booked appointments and for bookings per booking page.

Before you start.

Do my customers need a Peak One account to book?

Booking happens through your booking link. You'll see what information the other person provides when you set up the booking page in Booking.

Can I offer different types of appointments?

Yes. Each appointment type has its own duration and its own available times, for example an initial consultation and a longer workshop.

Can I connect my calendar?

Peak One connects with Google Calendar, and appointments then flow into your daily planning. You'll find the available integrations on the Integrations page.

Where do I share the booking link?

Anywhere prospects can reach you: in an email, on your site, or behind a QR code on print materials and at events.

What happens when I click “Set up booking page”?

You’ll go to the Peak One login. The “Booking” selection and the destination page are passed along in the link. After you log in, you open this app directly. One account works for all Peak One apps.

What does Booking cost?

Features and usage limits depend on your plan. You'll find the overview on the Pricing page. Clicking “Set up booking page” does not start a paid subscription.

Make it easy for prospects to find a time with you.
