Employee surveys for small businesses

Know what's on your team's mind, and do something with it.

Put several questions on one topic together in a survey and collect your team's feedback. From the results, you derive actions that you implement together.

After you log in, Surveys opens directly. Choosing a topic and phrasing the first questions is the first step.

Why change anything

There's grumbling in the team, but nobody says it in the big group.

  • You only hear about dissatisfaction in one-on-one conversations or when someone wants to quit.
  • You don't know whether a topic bothers one person or half the team.
  • After a feedback round nothing happens, because nobody records what follows from it.

Until now

  1. Infer the mood from hallway conversations
  2. Sort individual feedback in your head
  3. Ask openly in the meeting, few answer
  4. Results fade without action

With Surveys

  1. Prepare a survey with several questions
  2. View team feedback collected in one place
  3. Record actions from the results

Note what you improve as a result, and implement it together.

What gets better

Three things Surveys does for you.

Everyone asked, not just the loud ones

You hear what the whole team thinks, not just those who speak up in the meeting.

Several questions on one topic in a survey that the team answers in a structured way.

Results at a glance

You see which topics concern many people, instead of guessing from individual voices.

A dedicated view answers the question of what the results say.

Feedback becomes action

After the survey, it's clear what changes, and the team sees that feedback makes a difference.

An action overview answers what you improve as a result.

In everyday life

Before you start.

When do I use Surveys instead of a single poll?

Surveys is meant for structured feedback with several questions on one topic. For a quick single question to the team, there's Polls.

Can I also survey customers?

Yes. Surveys is meant for feedback from customers or your team. This page shows its use for team feedback.

Are the answers anonymous?

You'll see in the app how answers are displayed in Surveys and who sees them. Tell your team in advance how you'll handle the results.

What do I do with the results?

You derive actions from it. Surveys has a dedicated view for this, where you record what you improve as a result.

Which question types are there?

You'll see which question types and templates are available in the app as soon as you prepare your first survey.

What happens when I click “Prepare team survey”?

You’ll go to the Peak One login. The “Surveys” selection and the destination page are passed along in the link. After you log in, you open this app directly. One account works for all Peak One apps.

What does Surveys cost?

Features and usage limits depend on your plan. You'll find the overview on the Pricing page. Clicking “Prepare team survey” does not start a paid subscription.
