Why change anything

The customer calls, and you first have to look for the latest status.

  • What was discussed last is buried in an old email or a note.
  • An open quote only comes to mind again when the customer asks about it.
  • Who you meant to call this week lives only in your memory.

Until now

  1. Search the inbox for the last exchange
  2. Reconcile notes and spreadsheets
  3. Keep follow-ups in your head
  4. Track open quotes one by one

With CRM

  1. Open a contact and see the history
  2. Plan the next step right on the contact
  3. Work list shows who's next

How it works

To your result in 4 steps.

  1. 01

    Add contact

Add a contact or import your existing contacts.

After each conversation, note what was discussed and which sales opportunity comes out of it.

  3. 03

    Plan next step

Set what happens next, for example a quote or a follow-up appointment.

  4. 04

    Work through the work list

The work list shows you whom to contact next.

What gets better

Three things CRM does for you.

The whole history in one place

Before every conversation, you see who you're talking to, what was discussed last, and what matters now.

Contacts, conversations, and sales opportunities live together in the CRM, not scattered across your inbox and spreadsheets.

Clear who's next

Following up no longer depends on your memory, but on a list you work through.

A work list answers the question of whom to contact next.

Quotes at a glance

You see which quotes are still waiting for a reply and which have already become orders.

A dedicated overview for quotes and orders, plus pipelines for your sales opportunities.

In everyday life

Before you start.

Can I bring over my existing contacts?

Yes. You can add contacts one by one or import your existing contacts. You'll see which formats the import accepts in the app.

What do I note on a contact?

The history: which conversations took place, which sales opportunities came out of them, and what the next step is.

Can I see emails on the contact?

Peak One connects with Gmail, and emails then appear on the right contact. You'll find the available integrations on the Integrations page.

Can I track quotes in the CRM?

Yes. An overview shows which quotes are waiting for a reply and what became an order.

Can I see where we win or lose sales opportunities?

The CRM has a report on exactly this question. You'll see which metrics it shows in the app.

What happens when I click “Add first contact”?

You’ll go to the Peak One login. The “CRM” selection and the destination page are passed along in the link. After you log in, you open this app directly. One account works for all Peak One apps.

What does CRM cost?

Features and usage limits depend on your plan. You'll find the overview on the Pricing page. Clicking “Create first contact” does not start a paid subscription.

Go into your next customer conversation with the whole history.

Add your first contact, note the last conversation, and plan the next step.
