Offer development for service providers and consultants

An offer your customer understands on first read.

Describe who your service is for and which problem it solves. From that you work out benefits and terms, check weak points, and go into the conversation with a clear offer.

After you log in, Offer opens directly. Your first step: describe the target customer and problem.

Ready for the customer conversation

Simplified sample view with made-up data.

Why change anything

When every conversation reinvents your offer.

  • You explain your service a little differently every time.
  • Benefits and terms are scattered across emails, slides, and notes.
  • You only find out where the offer doesn't convince in the conversation.

Until now

  1. Piece the service together in your head
  2. Dig through old slides and emails
  3. Improvise in the conversation
  4. Fix it afterward

With Offer

  1. Note target customer and problem
  2. Spell out service, benefits, and terms
  3. Check weak points
  4. Go into the conversation with the finished offer

How it works

To your result in 4 steps.

  1. 01

    Describe target customer and problem

Note who your offer is for and which problem it solves for these customers.

  2. 02

    Develop quote

Phrase service, benefits, and terms so a customer understands them without explanation.

  3. 03

    Review content

See where the offer is still weak and whether it is backed up in the market, and sharpen it.

  4. 04

    Go into the customer conversation

Take the finished offer into the conversation and give sales and marketing the same foundation.

What gets better

Three things Offer does for you.

One version instead of many

You and your team explain the service the same way every time, from the first conversation to the follow-up.

Target customer, service, benefits, and terms live together in one offer in Offer.

Weak points before the conversation

You see where the offer is still unclear before a customer asks about it.

Dedicated views show how strong the offer is and where it is weak.

Shared foundation for sales and marketing

Anyone who sells or promotes works with the same offer instead of their own versions.

One area bundles what sales and marketing take from the offer.

In everyday life

Here's how others see it.

Part of Peak One

What comes next is already there.

  • Web pages

With Pages, you give your offer a home: a page that explains what it's about and leads visitors to the next step.

  • QR codes

A QR code leads from print, product, or event straight to your offer.

Before you start.

Is Offer a tool for estimates or invoices?

No. In Offer, you work out your service offering: who it's for, which problem it solves, what you deliver, and on what terms.

Where do I start?

With the question of who your offer is for and which problem it solves. On that you build service, benefits, and terms.

Can I work out several offers?

You'll see in the app which offers and variants you can create. The same steps apply to every offer: describe, work out, discuss.

How do I tell whether my offer is convincing?

Offer has its own views for how strong the offer is, where it is weak, and whether it is backed up in the market. You'll see what exactly is checked there in the app.

How do I get the offer to my customers?

You take it into the customer conversation. Online, you can give the offer its own page with Pages and make it reachable through a QR code.

What happens when I click “Draft a quote”?

You’ll go to the Peak One login. The “Offer” selection and the destination page are passed along in the link. After you log in, you open this app directly. One account works for all Peak One apps.

What does Offer cost?

Features and usage limits depend on your plan. You'll find the overview on the Pricing page. Clicking “Draft a quote” does not start a paid subscription.

Bring your service into a form customers understand.

Describe who your offer is for and which problem it solves. Everything else builds on that.
