Why change anything

The calendar shows the time, but not what it's about.

  • Five minutes before the call, you're still looking for the email with the agenda.
  • An hour is left between two appointments, and you only notice it once it's over.
  • Your own work only gets time when nothing else happens to be in the calendar.

Until now

  1. Look up an appointment in the calendar
  2. Search the inbox for what it's about
  3. Dig up notes from last time
  4. Squeeze in your own work somewhere in between

With Calendar

  1. Open day view
  2. Context sits right on the appointment
  3. Free time is visible and planned as a time block

    Overview of the day

In the morning, the day view shows you what's on today and where there's still free time.

What gets better

Three things Calendar does for you.

Prepared for the next appointment

You don't go into a conversation with just a blank time slot, but know what it's about.

Besides time and title, every appointment carries the context you need for it.

Free time you can see

Gaps between appointments become planned time for your work instead of simply slipping by.

A day view answers what's in the calendar today and where there is free time.

The coming weeks at a glance

You see early which days are already full and where you can fit in new appointments.

A dedicated view shows what's coming up when over the next days and weeks.

In everyday life

Here's how others see it.

What comes next is already there.

  • Appointment booking

With Booking, you share a link, and booked appointments show up directly in your calendar.

Before you start.

Can I connect my Google Calendar?

Yes. Peak One connects with Google Calendar, and appointments then flow into your daily planning. You'll find the available integrations on the Integrations page.

Does Peak One get access to my calendar when I log in with Google?

No. Logging in with Google does not give access to your Google Calendar. You only connect it if you explicitly allow it under Integrations.

What do I note on an appointment?

Time and title, plus the context you need for the appointment. You'll see which fields are available in the app.

Can I reserve time for my own work?

Yes. Besides appointments, you plan time blocks, for example for focused work on a quote.

Can I see more than today?

Yes. Besides the day view, there's a view for the coming days and weeks.

What happens when I click “Add next appointment”?

You’ll go to the Peak One login. The “Calendar” selection and the destination page are passed along in the link. After you log in, you open this app directly. One account works for all Peak One apps.

What does Calendar cost?

Features and usage limits depend on your plan. You'll find the overview on the Pricing page. Clicking “Add next appointment” does not start a paid subscription.
