Forms and assessments for service providers

Complete inquiries instead of follow-up emails.

Put together the questions you need for a decision in a form and share it. The responses arrive collected in Forms, and you keep working with them right there.

After you log in, Forms opens directly. Your first form with the first question is the first step.

Why change anything

An inquiry shouldn't start with three follow-up questions.

  • The first message hardly says what someone actually needs.
  • You ask every prospect the same questions by hand.
  • Responses are scattered across your inbox, chat, and notes.

Until now

  1. Received a loose message
  2. Ask follow-up questions by email
  3. Wait for responses
  4. Piece together the details

With Forms

  1. Share form
  2. Prospect answers your questions
  3. Analyze responses in Forms

How it works

To your result in 4 steps.

  1. 01

    Create form

Give the form a name, for example project inquiry, and add the first question.

  2. 02

    Put questions together

Ask what you need to know for the next step: goal, contact, scope of the project.

  3. 03

    Share form

Send the form to prospects, or lead them to it from your page or a QR code.

  4. 04

    Analyze responses

Read in Forms what people have answered, and decide how to proceed with the inquiry.

What gets better

Three things Forms does for you.

Fewer follow-up questions

Prospects provide the details you need with their very first inquiry.

A form with the questions you've defined beforehand.

Responses in one place

You no longer look for details in individual messages, but read them back all in one place.

An overview of what people have answered in your forms.

Every form at a glance

Whether project inquiry or assessment: you see which forms are collecting responses right now.

Part of Peak One

What comes next is already there.

  • Web pages

A page in Pages can lead visitors straight to your form.

  • QR codes

A QR code leads from print or an event straight to your form.

Before you start.

What's the difference between a form and an assessment?

Both are questions you put together and share in Forms. A form collects details like a project inquiry, while an assessment, for example, asks the other person where they stand before a conversation.

Where do I see the responses?

In Forms. There you see which forms are collecting responses and what people have answered.

Which question types can I use?

You'll see which question types and settings are available when you create your form in Forms.

How do prospects get to my form?

You share the form wherever prospects can reach you: in a message, via a page in Pages, or behind a QR code on print materials and at events.

Can I use several forms side by side?

Yes. Forms shows you an overview of your forms that collect responses, for example a project inquiry and an assessment before the initial consultation.

What happens when I click “Create form”?

You’ll go to the Peak One login. The “Forms” selection and the destination page are passed along in the link. After you log in, you open this app directly. One account works for all Peak One apps.

What does Forms cost?

Features and usage limits depend on your plan. You'll find the overview on the Pricing page. Clicking “Create form” does not start a paid subscription.

Ask the right questions before you reply.

Create your first form, add the first question, and share it with the next prospect.
