Reports and metrics for small businesses

Your own report, built from the data in your apps.

Choose rows, columns, and a metric and see the result as a pivot. The report uses data from your other Peak One apps, and you can export it as CSV.

After you log in, Analytics opens directly. Your first metric is the first step.

Why change anything

For one simple number, you first export three lists.

  • Data is copied from several programs into one spreadsheet.
  • By the time the report is done, the numbers have already changed.
  • Later, no one knows exactly what data went into the number.

Until now

  1. Export lists from different programs
  2. Copy together in a spreadsheet
  3. Build a pivot table by hand
  4. Repeat everything next time

With Analytics

  1. Choose a metric in Analytics
  2. Check data basis
  3. Set rows and columns
  4. View the result or export it as CSV

How it works

  1. 01

    Choose metric

Choose a metric that matters for your business.

  2. 02

    Check data basis

Check which data is available for this metric.

  3. 03

    Build a report

Set rows and columns and see the result as a pivot.

  4. 04

    Look at the trend

See how the metric develops, and export the result as CSV if needed.

What gets better

Three things Analytics does for you.

Analyze without copying

You build a report where the data already lives, instead of first pulling it into a spreadsheet.

Analytics evaluates the data from your other Peak One apps freely: rows, columns, and metric.

You know what the number is based on

Before you use a number for a decision, you see which data it's based on.

Checking the data basis is a separate step before you look at the trend.

Share results

When someone needs the numbers in another program, you pass them on without retyping.

Every report can be exported as CSV.

In everyday life

Here's how others see it.

Management

Trigger
The monthly meeting should be about how the most important metrics are developing.
With Analytics
You choose the metric and look at its trend over the months.
Result
Everyone at the table talks about the same number and knows where it comes from.

Team lead

Trigger
You want to see how a metric is distributed across different groups.
With Analytics
You set rows and columns and see the result as a pivot.
Result
You see at a glance where something is moving.

Working with the tax office

Trigger
Someone outside Peak One wants the report in their own spreadsheet.
With Analytics
You export the result as CSV.
Result
The numbers keep flowing without anyone retyping them.

Before you start.

Where does the data for the report come from?

Analytics evaluates the data from your other Peak One apps. You check directly in the app which data is available for a metric.

What does pivot mean?

You decide what goes in the rows and what goes in the columns, and choose a metric. Analytics summarizes the data in this table.

Can I export reports?

Yes, as CSV. That way you can keep using the result in a spreadsheet.

Can I also analyze shop, payment, or advertising numbers?

Peak One connects to services such as Shopify, Stripe, Google Ads, and GA4. You'll see in the app which of this data can be analyzed in Analytics; all connections are listed on the Integrations page.

Is Analytics fully available yet?

On our website, Analytics is labeled as a preview. After you log in, you'll see what you can already analyze today.

What happens when I click “Create first report”?

You’ll go to the Peak One login. The “Analytics” selection and the destination page are passed along in the link. After you log in, you open this app directly. One account works for all Peak One apps.

What does Analytics cost?

Features and usage limits depend on your plan. You'll find the overview on the Pricing page. Clicking “Create first report” does not start a paid subscription.

Build the report you'd otherwise copy together in a spreadsheet.

Choose your first metric, check the data basis, and see the result as a pivot.
