Why change anything

The partnership starts with energy and then goes quiet.

  • What was agreed at the last meeting is in an email nobody can find anymore.
  • A commitment to the partner only comes to mind when they ask about it.
  • You only notice which partner hasn't heard from you in months when the referrals stop.

Until now

  1. Search for agreements in emails and notes
  2. Keep commitments in your head
  3. Partners get in touch when something is missing
  4. Joint ideas get stuck in conversation

With PRM

  1. Open a partner and see status and agreements
  2. Record the commitment and next step right on the partner
  3. List shows whom to get in touch with now

What gets better

Three things PRM does for you.

Agreements that don't get lost

Before every partner meeting, you see what's agreed and what you committed to.

Partners, agreements, conversation notes, and commitments live together in PRM, not in your inbox.

Clear where each partnership stands

You see which partnerships are going well and which need attention.

An overview answers how warm your most important relationships are.

Get in touch before it goes quiet

Contact with partners doesn't depend on chance, but on a list you go through.

A dedicated view answers whom you should get in touch with now and shows the next step.

Before you start.

How is PRM different from the CRM?

The CRM is for customers, conversations, and sales opportunities. PRM is for partnerships: agreements, commitments, and joint opportunities with partners you work with.

What do I note on a partner?

The status of the collaboration, your agreements, conversation notes, your commitments, joint opportunities, and the next step.

How do I tell when a partnership is fading?

An overview shows how warm your most important relationships are, plus a list of whom you should get in touch with now. You'll see how this is displayed in detail in the app.

Can I organize partners into groups?

PRM has a dedicated view for groups you manage together, for example a partner circle. You'll see how groups are created in the app.

Can I track joint projects with a partner?

Yes. You record joint opportunities right on the partner, together with the next step. That way you see what became of an idea.

What happens when I click “Add first partner”?

You’ll go to the Peak One login. The “PRM” selection and the destination page are passed along in the link. After you log in, you open this app directly. One account works for all Peak One apps.

What does PRM cost?

Features and usage limits depend on your plan. You'll find the overview on the Pricing page. Clicking “Create first partner” does not start a paid subscription.
