Simplified sample view with made-up data.

Why change anything

The same question comes in for the fifth time, each time by email.

  • You answer a customer question in detail, and only one person reads the answer.
  • You send news out individually, or it gets lost.
  • Customers with the same question don't know about each other.

Until now

  1. Question received by email
  2. Write the answer individually
  3. Write the same answer again later
  4. Send announcements to individual customers

With Community

  1. Question asked in the community
  2. Answer once, all members see it
  3. Announcement in one place for everyone

How it works

To your result in 4 steps.

  1. 01

    Prepare the space

Define who your community is for and what it's about. Start with a topic that connects your customers.

  2. 02

    Invite members

Invite your customers and your team to the community.

  3. 03

    Kick off the conversation

Ask a first question or publish an announcement. Members answer and write their own posts.

  4. 04

    Resolve open questions and reports

The feed shows which questions are open. In moderation, you see what has been reported.

What gets better

Three things Community does for you.

Answers that reach more than one person

What you explain once is there for all members in the community, not in a single inbox.

Questions, answers, and posts live in a shared space for team, customers, and clients.

Clear which questions are open

You see at a glance what your community is talking about and where someone is still waiting for an answer.

A feed answers the question of what the community is talking about and which questions are open.

You stay in control of moderation

Reported posts land with you, and you decide what stays in your community.

A dedicated moderation view shows what has been reported, plus an overview of who the members are and who contributes.

Before you start.

What is a customer community good for?

For questions, answers, and announcements that affect several customers. Your team is part of it and can answer directly.

Who can write posts?

Members ask questions, answer, and write posts. You invite the people your community is for. You'll see how the invitation works in detail in the app.

How do I keep the community clean?

You moderate yourself. A dedicated view shows which posts have been reported and need attention.

Can I see who contributes?

Yes. A member overview shows who belongs to your community and who contributes.

Where do I start when nobody is there yet?

Define who the community is for and what it's about, and start with a topic that connects your customers. A first question or announcement kicks off the conversation.

What happens when I click “Create community”?

You’ll go to the Peak One login. The “Community” selection and the destination page are passed along in the link. After you log in, you open this app directly. One account works for all Peak One apps.

What does Community cost?

Features and usage limits depend on your plan. You'll find the overview on the Pricing page. Clicking “Create community” does not start a paid subscription.
