Getting started

Create a shared space for your customers. There they ask questions, exchange answers, and read your announcements, moderated by you.

Getting started

How to start your community

After you sign in, the community opens straight away. The first step is to decide who it is for.

  1. Prepare the space

Decide who the community is for and what it is about, and start with a topic that connects your customers.

  2. Invite members

Invite customers and your team. You can see how invitations work in detail in the app.

  3. Ask the first question

A first question or announcement starts the exchange, even while only a few members have joined.
