Peak Offer

Offer structure

Work out who your service is for, which problem it solves and how it produces a result. In Offer, bring together value, scope, terms and existing evidence before turning them into a conversation, website or campaign.

Building the offer

Four steps to a considered service offer

Start with the target customer and problem. The result is a considered service offer that gives sales and marketing a common foundation.

  1. Describe the buying situation

Who is this offer for, which problem is urgent and what does that person already use?

  2. Clarify the outcome and scope

Describe what you deliver, how it is produced and what falls outside the agreed scope. Add the terms.

  3. Separate assumptions from evidence

Record existing feedback and market signals. Check which statement they actually support and which assumption is still untested.

  4. Test it in conversation

Use the same draft in sales and marketing. Real objections and customer reactions reveal where more work is needed.
