How the work flows
Prepare an outgoing invoice
The Peak Finance invoice area creates outgoing invoices with sequential numbers, PDF and XRechnung documents. The details and settings need to match the actual transaction.
Track sending and outstanding amounts
The existing area supports sending from your mailbox and shows open balances and due reminders. A prepared invoice is not automatically sent or paid.
Review recurring orders separately
Peak CRM shows accepted orders with recurring line items. It displays MRR, upcoming billing periods and end dates; these are not confirmations of received payments.
What stays in view
Invoices in Finance
The workspace link opens outgoing invoices. That interface brings together creation, documents and receivables within the Finance area.
Contractual cadence in CRM
Recurring lines in an accepted order are normalized to a monthly value. The subscriptions view shows renewals and cancellation dates in the context of the order.
Interpret amounts correctly
MRR is calculated from order lines. Other currencies may appear in the list without entering the combined MRR total. Invoice and payment events remain distinct.
What to know before you begin
Peak Billing here provides information about embedded Finance and CRM capabilities. Your own Peak subscription costs in account settings are a separate concern. Automatic recurring customer charges, a general subscription payment system and an automatic link between these areas are not claimed.
Common questions
Does this page manage my own Peak invoice?
No. It concerns your customers’ invoices and recurring orders. Your own Peak account costs belong in account settings.
Does MRR mean money has been received?
MRR is calculated from recurring lines in accepted orders. It is not evidence of payment received.
Does a recurring order automatically charge a customer?
The CRM subscriptions view does not establish automatic charging. It shows contract data and calculated recurring amounts.
