Use case · Onboarding
Everything for a good start, in one go.
Instead of five e-mails with follow-up questions, you send new customers one form: contact person, company, billing e-mail, goals and preferred start.
Company details land on the contact in Peak One, not in a second list.
The onboarding template
Four pages, one complete picture.
The most important question sits in the middle: how will you know in 90 days that working together paid off?
- Contact person
- Name, e-mail, phone
- Company
- Company name, website, billing e-mail
- Goals
- Success after 90 days, start date, tools
- Finish
- Consent
