Peak Inbox
Give what needs you a clear place.
Peak Inbox is the global attention queue in your workspace. Mentions, assignments, approvals and alerts appear with their reason. It focuses on what you need to decide or do now, rather than a complete message history.
Existing global feature: open the Inbox panel with the Inbox button in your workspace. This page provides no separate app launch.
A workflow to explore
An understandable view of your own action needs and their source.
For people tracking open decisions and actions across several Peak areas.

How the work flows
Open Inbox in your workspace
Use the global Inbox button. The existing entry opens a panel in the workspace interface; this page has no separate app link that reliably opens the panel directly.
Check the reason and responsibility
An item explains its source and why it concerns you. Urgent topics, decisions, actions and information are classified by rules.
Act or deliberately defer
Open the underlying context, use available actions or snooze eligible items. Done and snoozed are different states; the cause can also resolve in the source area.
What stays in view
Attention follows state
An item loses its cause when the underlying task or decision is resolved. An old message therefore need not remain an open action forever.
A meaningful count
The badge counts immediate personal needs, decisions and actions. Ordinary activity and waiting on others are not counted as your own urgent work.
Keep the source reachable
Items can link to their underlying object. Visible information and actions depend on your permissions and the source context available.
What to know before you begin
The global Inbox is not a standalone email inbox or an archive of every event. Its existing opening mechanism is the workspace button. This information page opens no panel, marks no item done and triggers no approval. Individual actions depend on role and object.
Common questions
Where do I find Inbox?
In the global workspace interface through the Inbox button, which opens the existing panel.
Does every new event count as an open task?
No. Rules distinguish your own action needs, waiting on others, information and ordinary activity.
What does snoozing do?
Eligible items can be deferred temporarily. This does not automatically resolve their cause; a resolved cause removes the open need independently.
