Peak Portals
A shared place for the next customer step.
Peak Portals describes a shared working area with your customers. Peak Service already includes private customer portals: projects and tasks become visible, documents can await approval and open kickoff questions can be answered.
Evidenced today: customer portals within Peak Service. This page explains existing functions; it does not launch a general portal builder.
A workflow to explore
An understandable customer workflow with status, open questions and required approvals.
For service teams giving customers a clear view of their shared work.
Peak Portals
How the work flows
Prepare the customer context
The existing implementation belongs to Peak Service and is managed per customer. Projects, goals, tasks and documents provide the portal context.
Share a private link
Customers open their private link without an account. The team sends the link itself and can revoke it later. A real link belongs to its specific customer.
Turn feedback into work
Customers can approve documents or request changes with a comment and name. They can answer kickoff questions; tasks display status and due dates.
What stays in view
Status instead of repeated questions
Project phase, goal and visible tasks provide orientation. Customers read task status; this does not establish a general task-editing interface.
Review documents together
Documents shared for approval appear with their text. A change request remains traceable and can become a task for the team.
Customer-specific access
A private, revocable link is the existing access mechanism. This does not imply recipient roles or a freely configurable portal layout.
What to know before you begin
Existing portals are embedded in Peak Service and use a fixed layout. An AI builder, visual editor, payment area and differentiated recipient roles are not available. A stored desired domain does not verify serving the portal on that domain. This page creates and sends no private link.
Common questions
Do customers need a Peak account?
The existing Service portal opens through a private link without an account. Treat that link as access to the customer context.
Can I revoke access?
The team can disable an existing portal. Its associated link then stops working.
Can I generate any portal from a description?
A general AI portal builder is not present in the reviewed implementation. This page explains the evidenced Service integration.
