What to know before you begin
Peak Referrals reads linked deals from Peak CRM without changing them there. Customer share stays unknown without CRM comparison data. Commission cannot automatically be calculated without an order value.
Common questions
Does every referral need a deal first?
No. You can record a referral before a deal exists. An existing CRM deal can be selected as context.
Does approved mean paid?
No. The interface distinguishes approval from a recorded payment.
Who can make decisions?
Available actions depend on roles and write permissions in the workspace.
