Peak Chat · Page context (planned)

The chat knows where you are.
And still asks when unsure.

Peak Chat is planned to know the page someone writes from. A question asked on a service page should get an answer about that service. When the intent is unclear, the chat should ask. This does not exist yet.

Frequently asked questions

Does Peak Chat track my visitors?

No. It only means the page where a conversation starts. The feature is also still planned.

What if the page is not clear?

Then the chat should ask one short question instead of assuming.

When will it be available?

We do not name a date. This page will be updated once it is verifiably available.
