Peak Chat / For marketing teams

The click is paid for.The form stays empty.

Someone who clicks a campaign often has a question before leaving their details. Peak Chat is meant to answer on the landing page, understand interest in conversation and lead fitting people to an appointment. That is planned. Today there are Peak Forms for forms and Peak Booking for appointments, both as their own apps.

From campaign to conversation

Answer first. Then ask.

The planned flow doesn't replace the form everywhere. It gives people with questions a path that doesn't end in a bounce.

  1. 01Click

    Visitors land on the page.

    Outcome

What should stand at the end of the conversation.

Planned: Peak Chat knows the page's context and greets accordingly. Today a Peak Forms form or a booking link sits there.

    Page → start of conversation
  2. 02Understand

    Answer questions, clarify interest.

    Audience

Who the campaign is made for.

Planned: answers from approved content and your key question, with reasoning for the qualification.

    Conversation → qualification
  3. 03Outcome

An appointment or a clear no.

    Key question

The one question that separates interest from curiosity.

Planned: a Peak Booking appointment inside the conversation. Reports per campaign are planned too.

Frequently asked questions

Does Peak Chat send newsletters?

No. Newsletters belong to Peak Mail. Peak Chat is planned for the replies and conversations that follow.

Can I try this today?

Not as a finished product yet. The live demo shows the planned flow with example data; no real customer data is processed there.

Where do the conversations end up?

The plan is that each conversation lives with the person in Peak One it was held with, not in a separate chat database. Until that is built, this is a plan, not a promise.
