Peak Chat · Customer stories · in preparation
Real stories.
Only once they are backed.
There are no Peak Chat customer stories yet. This page explains how we will collect them: with consent, original evidence, and results only with source and period.
Which change do you want to check?
How did the team handle website enquiries before, and where did it get stuck? Backed by a released example from daily work, such as an anonymised conversation.
No story yet.
But a clear standard.

A real story starts with its release.
Why this page is still empty.
Peak Chat is young, and we do not publish made-up customers, logos or quotes. A story appears here only once a company releases it and we can trace it with original evidence. Until then, this page shows how a story will be structured and what counts as evidence.
This pattern shows the structure. It doesn't tell a real customer case yet.
