Account Executive – Sales Manager Programs

You run initial conversations through to closing and make sure every order is deliverable.

Our programs are sold to management and sales leadership, people who quickly notice whether someone understands sales. You hold these conversations, qualify honestly, and hand over cleanly to implementation.

What the role is measured on

Three results instead of a task list.

These are the criteria by which we jointly check whether the work is effective. No target figures on a website – we set those with you.

  1. 01

    Close rate

Share of qualified initial conversations that become an order, the central metric of the role.

  2. 02

    Deliverability

Every order is framed so that implementation can start it without renegotiation.

  3. 03

    Forecast

Your pipeline assessment holds: what you report as likely actually comes in.

Areas of responsibility

Five areas you own.

  • Cut-out composition: a rising marble staircase with a burgundy runner, a chrome ribbon flowing up along it – a metaphor for growth that follows a path.
  • 01

    Run initial conversations

Clarify situation, occasion, decision path, and budget range: structured, but as a conversation, not an interrogation.

  • 02

    Decide on fit

Turning down work when we're not the right solution. A no at the right time protects customer and team.

  • 03

    Quote & negotiation

Tailor packages, write quotes, negotiate terms, within our pricing logic.

  • 04

    Pipeline management

Run your own pipeline in the CRM to the standards we also introduce at customers.

  • 05

    Handover to Delivery

Document goals, framework, and expectations so the project team can start without follow-up questions.

Your start

The first 90 days – as orientation, not as a test.

The order and content are realistically derived from our daily work. The actual pace depends on you and the ongoing projects.

  1. 30 days

    Master programs and pricing logic

You know our packages, cases, and limits and accompany initial conversations in tandem.

  2. 60 days

    Your own closes

You run initial conversations independently and are responsible for quotes through to signature.

  3. 90 days

    Reliable forecast

Your pipeline is reliable, your handovers to Delivery run without friction, your forecast holds.

What you bring

Three things have to be right. The rest is learnable.

Must

  • You've sold B2B services that need explaining to management or sales leadership.
  • You can hold a conversation in which you ask more than you tell, and still reach a decision.
  • You keep to your own forecast and can explain deviations.

Helpful

  • Your own experience in sales leadership or CRM projects: you know what you're selling.
  • Knowledge of consulting or agency sales with a project character.
  • Confident use of HubSpot or a comparable CRM.

When it's not a fit

Fairness first: if one of these points describes you, we both save ourselves the conversation.

  • You'd rather sell products with a price list than programs with responsibility.
  • You don't like saying no when the order doesn't fit.
  • You expect ready-made leads without doing your own pipeline work.

How we work together

The same rules as with our customers.

  1. 01

Every measure has a number before and after.

We work on pipelines, processes, and accounts that are visible at month end. Anyone who prefers presenting good intentions won't be happy with us.

  2. 02

We say what we can't do.

Customers learn openly which services we don't offer. The same applies internally, including in the interview.

  3. 03

We build so that it runs without us.

The goal of every collaboration is the handover. Anyone who wants to make themselves indispensable works against the principle.

  4. 04

A conversation instead of a process.

No portal, no standard rounds. We read what you write and reply personally.

Framework

Peak Atlas is headquartered in Würzburg. A large part of the work takes place at customer sites or remotely.

We clarify contract type, scope, compensation, and work location in the initial consultation, openly and concretely, not only after several rounds. That's why you won't find salary bands or deadlines on this page.

Your path to us

Three steps. No portal.

  1. 01

    Write to us

Answer the one question about the role in two to four sentences and send it by email. No cover letter, no résumé upload; a profile link is enough.

  2. 02

    Initial consultation

We talk about your answer, the role, and the framework: contract type, scope, compensation, work location. You get the same honest answers we give customers.

  3. 03

    Work sample & decision

A small, realistic task from the role's daily work, discussed together. Then both sides decide.

Frequently asked questions

What applicants ask us about this role.

Your question missing? Just ask it in your application – we'll answer personally.

Where do the initial conversations come from?

From the website, referrals, content, and SDR outreach. Your own pipeline work is still part of the role; we don't expect pure inbound processing.

How free am I in pricing?

There is a pricing logic and published packages. Within them you shape things; beyond that we decide together.

How is compensation arranged?

We discuss the basis and results component openly in the initial consultation. We give you numbers there, not on a website.

What role does implementation play for me?

A big one. You only sell what is deliverable and remain responsible for expectations until the handover to the Delivery team.

Apply

Your name, the answer to the question, optionally a profile link, and your earliest start.
What happens next
