Why change anything

The parents' evening occurs to you when it has already started.

  • One appointment is in the family chat, one on the slip of paper on the fridge, one only in your head.
  • You accept a get-together and later realize the evening was already taken.
  • Sports and time for yourself only get what's left over after everything else.

Until now

  1. Search chats and slips of paper for appointments
  2. Reconcile commitments from memory
  3. Squeeze in your own time spontaneously
  4. Notice shortly beforehand what's coming up

With Calendar

  1. Enter every appointment in one place
  2. See the coming days and weeks at a glance
  3. Plan time for yourself as a fixed block

What gets better

Three things Calendar does for you.

Everything in one place

You no longer have to check chats, slips of paper, and your head to see what's when.

Personal appointments are collected in Calendar, with time, title, and what you need for them.

Commitments with a clear conscience

Before you say yes to a get-together, you see whether the evening is still free.

A view shows what's coming up when over the next days and weeks.

Time for yourself has its place

Sports, friends, or a quiet evening are as fixed in the week as any other appointment.

Besides appointments, you plan personal time blocks.

Before you start.

Is Calendar only meant for work appointments?

No. Calendar opens in your personal workspace, separate from a company's workspace. There you plan personal appointments and time for yourself.

What is a personal time block?

Time you reserve for yourself, for example for sports, a hobby, or a free evening. It sits in your week alongside your appointments.

Can I connect my Google Calendar?

Peak One connects with Google Calendar, and appointments then flow into your daily planning. Logging in with Google alone does not give access to your calendar; you have to connect it explicitly under Integrations.

Can I also see what's on today?

Yes. A view shows what's in the calendar today and where there's free time. Another shows the coming days and weeks.

Can I jot something down for an appointment?

Yes. Besides time and title, you add the context you need for the appointment, such as what to bring. You'll see which fields are available in the app.

What happens when I click “Add first appointment”?

You’ll go to the Peak One login. The “Calendar” selection and the destination page are passed along in the link. After you log in, you open this app directly. One account works for all Peak One apps.

What does Calendar cost?

Features and usage limits depend on your plan. You'll find the overview on the Pricing page. Clicking “Add first appointment” does not start a paid subscription.
