Why change anything

The good idea came in the shower. Now it's gone.

  • Notes are scattered across chats with yourself, scraps of paper and several apps at once.
  • You rewrite the packing list from your last vacation every year because you can't find it anymore.
  • When you need the lease, you first search through folders, emails and downloads.

Until now

  1. Write the idea on the nearest scrap of paper
  2. Figuring out later where it ended up
  3. Starting lists from scratch every time
  4. Searching for papers in emails and downloads

With Notes & Documents

  1. Capture an idea right away in the notepad
  2. Turn it into a list or a document
  3. Find notes, documents and files in one place again

How it works

To your result in 3 steps.

  1. 01

    Capture thoughts

Write down whatever comes to mind in the notepad, without first having to think about where it belongs.

  2. 02

    Organize what should stay

Turn ideas that become important into a list or a document with headings and sections.

  3. 03

    Add the paperwork

Store important files like contracts or confirmations so you know where they are and what they're about.

What gets better

Three things Notes & documents does for you.

Nothing gets lost on the go anymore

An idea takes only a few seconds, then it's safely written down and out of your head.

The notepad is made for exactly the question of what you want to capture right now before it's gone.

Lists you reuse

You don't start the packing list, gift ideas, or renovation plans from scratch every time.

Your documents live in a library where you see which documents you have.

Important papers within reach

When you need the lease or a confirmation, you check one place.

A file storage area shows where each file is and what it's about.

Before you start.

What is Notes & Documents good for in everyday life?

For everything you want to capture: spontaneous ideas, lists like packing or gift lists, longer texts like travel plans, and important papers as files.

What's the difference between a notepad and a document?

In the notepad, you quickly write down what comes to mind. A document you give structure with headings and sections when a thought should stay.

Can I also store files like PDFs?

Yes. There's a place to store files that shows where each file is and what it's about. You can see which formats it accepts in the app.

Are my personal notes separate from work?

Yes. Notes & Documents opens in your personal workspace, separate from a company's workspace.

Do I need to know beforehand where a note belongs?

No. In the notepad, you first just write down whatever comes to mind. What should stay, you move into a list or a document later.
