Why change anything

One question in the group, and many messages later nothing is decided.

  • One person suggests something, two others suggest something completely different, the rest don't reply.
  • Who voted for what, you piece together from the history.
  • In the end, whoever wrote last decides.

Until now

  1. Write the question in the group chat
  2. Collecting suggestions that keep piling up
  3. Chasing up who's still missing
  4. Adding up opinions through the chat history

With Votes

  1. Ask a question with fixed answers
  2. Everyone votes with one tap
  3. See the result and share it with the group

How it works

To your result in 3 steps.

  1. 01

    Ask a question

Write your question, for example about the evening for the next get-together, and add the possible answers.

  2. 02

    Put it to a vote

Everyone votes for one of the answers with one tap.

  3. 03

    Share result

The result is neatly summarized. Share it with the group so everyone knows what's decided.

What gets better

Three things Polls does for you.

Fixed answers instead of ever-new suggestions

The group chooses between the options you set, instead of the question branching out further and further.

You write the question and set the possible answers yourself.

A result everyone can see

Nobody has to count messages; what most people want is clearly laid out.

The votes are collected and shown as a clear result.

Know what you've already decided

If someone asks later how you decided last time, you can find it again.

Earlier polls and what was decided stay collected.

Before you start.

What is a poll good for in everyday life?

Whenever a group has to choose between a few options: a date, an outing, a restaurant or a shared gift.

Do I set the answers myself?

Yes. You write the question and add the possible answers. Votes are cast between exactly those options.

What's the difference from Surveys?

A poll is a question with fixed answers. With Surveys, you ask several questions and collect opinions.

Can I find earlier polls again?

Yes. You see past polls and what was decided, collected in one place.

Where are my polls?

Polls open in your personal workspace, separate from a company's workspace.

What happens when I click “Put a question to a vote”?

You’ll go to the Peak One login. The “Polls” selection and the destination page are passed along in the link. After you log in, you open this app directly. One account works for all Peak One apps.

What does Votes cost?

Features and usage limits depend on your plan. You'll find the overview on the Pricing page. Clicking “Ask a poll question” does not start a paid subscription.

Ask the group the next open question.

Write the question, set the answers and let everyone vote.
