Why change anything

The invitation is in the chat, and three days later someone asks about the time.

  • The important info slides up the group chat and is gone.
  • The same questions keep coming: when, where, what should I bring?
  • Who's coming is spread across individual messages in several chats.

Until now

  1. Posting the info in the group chat
  2. Answering the same questions one by one
  3. Piecing together RSVPs from messages

With Websites

  1. Create a page with all the info
  2. Share the link once in the group
  3. Sign-ups come in through a form

How it works

To your result in 3 steps.

  1. 01

    Create page

Write down what it's about: when, where, for whom and what the others need to know.

  2. 02

    Link the next step

Give the page one clear action, for example a form for sign-ups.

  3. 03

    Publish and share link

Publish the page and send the link to the group or put it up as a QR code.

What gets better

Three things Web pages does for you.

One link for all questions

Whoever wants to know something checks the page instead of asking in the chat.

You create a page of your own and publish it at a link that you share.

Clear on what the others should do

Visitors know how to sign up or join in without writing to you individually.

A page leads to the next step, such as a form or an appointment.

Reachable offline too

Whoever isn't in the group finds the page through a poster or flyer.

A QR code leads from paper straight to your page.

In everyday life

Here's how others see it.

Family

Trigger
For the milestone birthday, relatives come from everywhere, and everyone has questions about place and schedule.
With Websites
You create a page with the schedule and directions and link a form for RSVPs.
Result
Everyone finds the info in one place, and the RSVPs come in collected.

Club

Trigger
The kids' swimming course is starting and new families should hear about it.
With Websites
You present the course on a page and put up a QR code for it on the bulletin board.
Result
Interested people read everything and sign up through the linked form.

Hobby project

Trigger
You have a bike workshop in the back courtyard and want to tell the neighbors about it.
With Websites
On one page you describe when you're around and how to drop by, and link an appointment booking.
Result
Neighbors have a link they can pass on, and they book an appointment.

Before you start.

Do I need prior knowledge to create a page of my own?

You start with one page and one clear action for your visitors. You can see how you design the page in detail in the app.

What is a personal page good for?

For everything many people should know about: a party, a club activity, a get-together or a project of your own.

How do the others find out about my page?

You publish the page and share its link, for example in the group chat. For posters, you can create a QR code that leads to the page.

Can people sign up through the page?

A page can lead visitors to a next step, such as a form. That's how you collect sign-ups instead of piecing them together from messages.

Is the page separate from my work workspace?

Yes. Websites opens in your personal workspace, separate from a company's workspace.

What happens when I click “Create your own page”?

You’ll go to the Peak One login. The “Web pages” selection and the destination page are passed along in the link. After you log in, you open this app directly. One account works for all Peak One apps.

What does Websites cost?

Features and usage limits depend on your plan. You'll find the overview on the Pricing page. Clicking “Create your own page” does not start a paid subscription.

Give your next party or project a page of its own.

Write down the key info, link a sign-up and share the link.
