Forms for clubs, schools and shared flats

The same details from everyone, collected in one place.

Put together once the questions you want everyone to answer, and pass the form on. Every answer lands in Forms, instead of on slips of paper and in individual emails.

After you log in, Forms opens in your personal workspace. Your first form with its first question is the first step.

Why change anything

For the field trip, emergency numbers are still missing for three kids.

  • Some of the details come on slips of paper, some by email, and one person tells you at the school gate.
  • Everyone only answers what's on their mind, and the most important part is missing.
  • In the end you type everything into a list by hand and look for who's still missing.

Until now

  1. Handing out slips of paper or writing an email
  2. Collect answers through every channel
  3. Asking about what's missing one by one
  4. Typing everything into one list

With Forms

  1. Create a form with your questions
  2. Pass the form to everyone
  3. Read answers collected in Forms

How it works

To your result in 4 steps.

  1. 01

    Create form

Give the form a name, for example Class 3b contact list, and add the first question.

  2. 02

    Put questions together

Ask everything you need from each person so no detail is missing later.

  3. 03

    Pass on the form

Pass the form to everyone who should respond, or pin a QR code to it on the bulletin board.

  4. 04

    Read answers

In Forms you see what everyone answered, collected in one place.

What gets better

Three things Forms does for you.

Everyone answers the same thing

You get the same details from everyone and don't have to chase down what was forgotten.

A form with the questions you've defined beforehand.

No more retyping

The answers are already collected, instead of on scraps of paper, in emails and in your memory.

Several collections in view

The class contact list and the team's details run separately side by side.

Part of Peak One

What comes next is already there.

  • QR codes

A QR code on the parents' letter or bulletin board leads straight to your form.

  • Web pages

A page of your own, for example for the open room in the shared flat, can lead visitors straight to your form.

Before you start.

Why would I need a form for personal use?

Whenever you need the same details from several people: a class contact list, details of the kids in the club or applications for a shared-flat room.

Where do I see the responses?

In Forms. There you see which forms are currently collecting answers and what people have answered.

Which question types can I use?

You can see which question types and settings exist when you create your form in the app.

How do the others get to my form?

You pass it on wherever you reach people: in a message, through a page of your own or with a QR code on paper.

Where are my forms?

Forms opens in your personal workspace, separate from a company's workspace.

What happens when I click “Create form”?

You’ll go to the Peak One login. The “Forms” selection and the destination page are passed along in the link. After you log in, you open this app directly. One account works for all Peak One apps.

What does Forms cost?

Features and usage limits depend on your plan. You'll find the overview on the Pricing page. Clicking “Create form” does not start a paid subscription.

Ask everyone the same thing once, instead of chasing each person separately.

Create your first form, add the first question and pass it to everyone whose details you need.
