Why change anything

The note has an address that nobody types in.

  • The web address for the sign-up is so long it barely fits on the invitation.
  • In the stairwell, neighbors photograph the poster and then forget about it.
  • After you put it up, the time changes, and the note points to the old info.

Until now

  1. Writing a long address on the note
  2. Hoping someone types it in
  3. Reprinting and re-hanging when things change

With QR Codes

  1. Enter a web address and create a QR code
  2. Put a code on an invitation or poster
  3. Switch the destination in the app when things change

How it works

To your result in 3 steps.

  1. 01

    Enter web address

Enter where the code should lead, for example to the sign-up for a party or to your open appointments.

  2. 02

    Create QR code

Turn the address into a QR code that people scan with their phone.

  3. 03

    Bring it onto paper

Put the code on an invitation, poster or flyer. If the destination changes, you switch it in the app.

What gets better

Three things QR codes does for you.

Straight to the destination instead of typing

Whoever has your invitation in hand gets to the sign-up or the page with one scan.

A QR code connects paper with a web address, for example a form or an appointment link.

The note stays correct

If something changes after you put it up, the poster doesn't need to be reprinted.

A code's destination can still be changed after printing.

See whether anyone scans

You find out whether your poster is being used at all before you write to everyone again.

In QR codes, you see how often your codes are scanned.
