Is Appointment booking only for freelancers?

No. Whenever several people want to come to you individually, such as for an apartment viewing or a pickup, you share your open times through a link.

How long should an appointment be?

You set that per appointment type. For a viewing, 20 minutes is often enough, for a pickup less.

Can I offer separate appointments for the apartment and the sale?

Yes. Each appointment type has its own duration and its own available times, and therefore its own link.

Where do I see who's coming when?

In Appointment booking. There you see the booked appointments and which booking page they came in through.

What details do people provide when booking?

You'll see that when you set up your appointment type in the app.

What happens when I click “Offer open times”?

You’ll go to the Peak One login. The “Appointment booking” selection and the destination page are passed along in the link. After you log in, you open this app directly. One account works for all Peak One apps.

What does Appointment Booking cost?

Features and usage limits depend on your plan. You'll find the overview on the Pricing page. Clicking “Offer free times” does not start a paid subscription.
