Why change anything

The invitation is out, but who's actually coming?

  • The invitation goes to the family group, to two friends individually and to the club mailing list.
  • RSVPs come as a thumbs-up, as a voice message or not at all.
  • The day before, you count through all the chats once more.

Until now

  1. Sending the invitation in several chats
  2. Piecing together RSVPs from messages
  3. Keeping a list by hand
  4. Checking in once more shortly before

With Meetings & Events

  1. Create an event with a title, date and place
  2. Share one invitation
  3. See sign-ups in one place and keep planning

How it works

To your result in 3 steps.

  1. 01

    Create event

Set the title, date and place, for example for the birthday or the next club evening.

  2. 02

    Share invitation

Pass the invitation to everyone who should be there. They sign up in the same place.

  3. 03

    See who's coming

Sign-ups are collected at the event. That way you plan food, space and everything else.

What gets better

Three things Meetups & events does for you.

One place for everyone

Everyone invited finds the same details on date and place, no matter how they were invited.

Events & Meetups gives your event one home for invitation and sign-up.

No more chasing down RSVPs

You no longer have to go through chats to know who's coming.

Whoever signs up appears in the sign-up overview.

Plan with real numbers

You base shopping, seating plan or room size on the sign-ups, not on a guess.

The overview shows who wants to take part, so you can plan the next step.

What kinds of events is Events & Meetups good for?

For everything you invite others to and want to know who's coming: birthdays, club evenings, class reunions or a barbecue with the neighbors.

What do I need to create an event?

A title, a date and a place. Then you share the invitation.

How do my guests sign up?

Through the invitation you share. You can see how that looks for your guests in detail in the app.

Can I see who has signed up?

Yes. Sign-ups are collected at the event so you know who wants to take part.

Is my event mixed up with my work?

No. Events & Meetups opens in your personal workspace, separate from a company's workspace.

Can I also keep track of events I attend?

Yes. Besides your own events, you can add events you attend, such as a conference or a meetup, and note who you want to meet there.

What happens when I click “Create first meeting”?

You’ll go to the Peak One login. The “Meetups & events” selection and the destination page are passed along in the link. After you log in, you open this app directly. One account works for all Peak One apps.

What does Meetings & Events cost?

Features and usage limits depend on your plan. You'll find the overview on the Pricing page. Clicking “Set up first meeting” does not start a paid subscription.

Create your next event and share the invitation.
