Why change anything

The info is in the group chat, yet everyone still asks again.

  • The invitation slides up and away in the chat between photos and voice messages.
  • A few people aren't in the group at all and only get the info indirectly.
  • You piece together who's coming afterward from individual replies.

Until now

  1. Posting the info in the group chat
  2. Forwarding to missing people one by one
  3. Answering the same follow-up questions repeatedly
  4. Piecing together RSVPs from messages

With Mass Emails

  1. Prepare a group email with all the info
  2. Include the sign-up link right away
  3. Decide who gets it

How it works

To your result in 3 steps.

  1. 01

    Write subject and message

Write in one sentence what it's about, and below it everything the others need to know: when, where, what to bring.

  2. 02

    Link the next step

Add a link, for example to the sign-up, to a poll or to a page with all the details.

  3. 03

    Set and prepare recipients

Decide who should receive the group email, for example all club members or only the parents of one class.

What gets better

Three things Mass emails does for you.

Everything important in one place

Nobody has to dig the info out of a long chat history.

A group email bundles subject and message into one message to many people.

Clear on what everyone should do

Instead of individual replies, people sign up where you need them to.

The message contains a link to what recipients can do next.

Reach the right people

The info goes to everyone it concerns, including people who are in no chat group.

For every group email, you decide who receives it.

In everyday life

Here's how others see it.

Before you start.

What is a group email good for?

For everything many people should know at once: invitations, news for club members, messages to the parents' group or to the neighborhood.

Who can I send a group email to?

Group emails are meant for people who have agreed to receive messages from you, for example members of your club.

Can I include a link?

Yes. Every group email pairs a message with a link to what recipients can do next, such as signing up or voting.

Is Group Emails a separate app?

Group Emails is the Mail app from Peak One. For personal use, you use it in your personal workspace.

Group Emails opens in your personal workspace, separate from a company's workspace.

What happens when I click “Write first mass email”?

You’ll go to the Peak One login. The “Mass emails” selection and the destination page are passed along in the link. After you log in, you open this app directly. One account works for all Peak One apps.

What does Mass Emails cost?

Features and usage limits depend on your plan. You'll find the overview on the Pricing page. Clicking “Write first group email” does not start a paid subscription.

Write the next invitation once for everyone.
