Why change anything

A resolution often lasts only until the first busy week.

  • On Monday you start motivated, by Thursday the habit is already forgotten.
  • After a few skipped days, restarting feels bigger than starting did.
  • You no longer know exactly which days it worked and which it didn't.

Until now

  1. Keeping a resolution in your head
  2. Sticking with it for a few days
  3. Busy week, lost the thread
  4. Starting from scratch later

With Habits

  1. Create habit
  2. See what's on every day
  3. Carry on with the smallest step after a break

How it works

To your result in 3 steps.

  1. 01

    Create habit

Set down what you want to do regularly, for example reading for ten minutes. The smaller it is, the easier it is to stick with.

  2. 02

    Work through today

In the day view you see which habits are due today and take care of exactly those.

  3. 03

    Look back

Look at how consistent you've been and what has helped you. That way you decide what to keep.

What gets better

Three things Habits does for you.

Clear on what's due today

You don't have to remember which habits you set out to build. A glance in the morning is enough.

A day view with the habits that are due today.

Get back in quickly

After a busy day, you don't start over but carry on with the smallest meaningful action.

Peak Habit puts the smallest meaningful action front and center next.

See what works

You see how consistent you are and what helps you stick with it, instead of relying on your gut feeling.

Before you start.

How many habits should I create at the start?

Better a few small ones. Peak Habit is built around the smallest meaningful action, so you get something done even on busy days.

What happens if I skip a few days?

You simply get back in. The day view shows you what's on today, and getting back in after busy days is exactly the idea behind Peak Habit.

Can I see how well it's going so far?

Yes. A dedicated view shows you how consistent you are and what helps you. You can see how that's presented in detail in the app.

I have no idea which habit to start. Does Peak Habit help with that?

There's a library that shows which habit might fit next. You can see what suggestions it contains in the app.

Can anyone else see my habits?

Peak Habit opens in your personal workspace, separate from a company's workspace.

What happens when I click “Create first habit”?

You’ll go to the Peak One login. The “Habits” selection and the destination page are passed along in the link. After you log in, you open this app directly. One account works for all Peak One apps.

What does Habits cost?

Features and usage limits depend on your plan. You'll find the overview on the Pricing page. Clicking “Create first habit” does not start a paid subscription.
