Why change anything

Three questions into the group chat, thirty messages back.

  • Everyone only answers the question that happens to occur to them.
  • Who brings what is somewhere between voice messages and photos.
  • In the end you follow up individually because you've lost track.

Until now

  1. Writing questions in the group chat
  2. Scrolling through the history for answers
  3. Keeping count on a slip of paper
  4. Following up with individuals

With Surveys

  1. Bundle questions in one survey
  2. View collected answers
  3. Decide the group's next step

What gets better

Three things Surveys does for you.

Ask everything at once

You settle date, place and tasks in one go, instead of putting each question in the chat separately.

Several questions on one topic combined in one survey.

Answers that don't get lost

You don't have to scroll through the chat history to see who answered what.

The answers arrive collected in Surveys, separate from the group chat.

Clear on what happens next

The group's opinions turn into a concrete next step for your planning.

Surveys is built to turn the answers into next steps.

Before you start.

When do I use Surveys and when Polls?

Polls are meant for a single question that everyone votes on. Use Surveys when you want to ask several questions at once and collect opinions.

How many questions should my survey have?

As few as possible, as many as necessary. Start with the questions you can't keep planning without, for example date and place.

How do the others get to my survey?

You can see how you share the survey with others in the app once your questions are in place.

What kinds of questions can I ask?

You can see which question types exist in the app when you prepare your first survey.

Is my survey separate from my work?

Yes. Surveys opens in your personal workspace, separate from a company's workspace.

What happens when I click “Create survey”?

You’ll go to the Peak One login. The “Surveys” selection and the destination page are passed along in the link. After you log in, you open this app directly. One account works for all Peak One apps.

What does Surveys cost?

Features and usage limits depend on your plan. You'll find the overview on the Pricing page. Clicking “Create survey” does not start a paid subscription.

Ask your group properly once instead of three times in the chat.

Choose a topic, write the first questions and collect the others' opinions.
