Peak Chat / Client onboarding

The contract is signed. Now the answers are missing.

After the yes, the chasing starts: briefing, logos, access, dates. The plan is for Peak Chat to walk the new client through these questions in a friendly conversation and hand your team a tidy start note. Forms and tasks already exist today in their own Peak One apps.

Put the goal into words. Add perspectives and timing right below.

What's next with the new client?

Choose the moment. Trigger, action and sample note follow the situation.

First week

A new client has signed. The briefing still lives in three different heads.

The action
The chat asks for goals, audience and success criteria one by one, in the client's own words.
The intent
A start note the team can read before the kickoff.

What Peak Chat is planned for.

  • You regularly start new client projects with similar questions.
  • You want fewer chaser e-mails between the yes and the kickoff.
  • You want your team to share the same picture before the first meeting.

Not a project tool

What Peak Chat isn't meant to be.

  • Guided onboarding in the chat is planned and not available today.
  • Peak Chat doesn't replace project management. Tasks stay in Peak Work.
  • Passwords and credentials don't belong in a chat.

What you can already see today

Look at the planned flow.

The live demo shows a conversation with example data. Today there's the Peak Chat inbox for your client conversations through your own connected accounts; a message can become a task there.
