01 · The challenge

Make specialized early-career offers visible to medical students

MEDICLIN wanted to draw medical students' attention to two specific funding offers: a general medical scholarship and a specialized scholarship in psychosomatics.

Especially in a professionally narrower field like psychosomatics, the challenge is not simply to reach as many people as possible but to present the offers directly to a medically relevant early-career audience.

02 · The solution

Direct outreach to 7,192 medical students through newsletter marketing

The two scholarship offers were presented in a specialized medical newsletter.

This allowed MEDICLIN to place the offers directly in front of a target group for whom both the medical scholarship and especially the psychosomatic scholarship were professionally relevant.

The advantage over unspecific reach: communication started within a qualified target group of medical students.

The principle behind it

Even very specific healthcare offers benefit from suitable distribution.

The campaign shows the difference between general and specialized demand: the broader medical scholarship generated 418 clicks, while even the much more niche psychosomatic scholarship generated 79 clicks within the same medical target group.
