Can I use Acuity Scheduling and Peak One in parallel?
Yes. You start Peak One on the Free plan and keep your Acuity booking page running until you've decided.
Will my Acuity customers and appointments be carried over?
Acuity Scheduling is currently not in the Peak integration catalog. You can create or import contacts in the CRM, and you set up appointment types anew in Booking. What else can be carried over, we clarify before the move.
Where is my data with Peak One?
The application and database run in Frankfurt am Main. Access rules at the database level ensure each account sees only its own data.
