The problem with five customer lists

The same customer. Saved once.

Today · four truths

What's inside

Relationships instead of an address book.

  • Available

    People & companies

One person with role, company and history. No second CRM on the side.

  • Available

    Context

Where from, what for, when last. One sentence is enough.

  • Available

    Reconnect

Who hasn't heard from you in a while, with a reason, and dismissable.

  • Available

    Events

Who you met where and what you talked about.

  • Available

    Email history

With Gmail or Outlook: history per contact and company, emails as a task.

  • Planned

    Pipeline view

Deals with stage and amount as a board of their own in Peak.

The difference

A CRM on the side. Or a customer in the middle of it.

CRM as an island of its own

  • Contacts in the CRM, tasks in the project tool
  • Invoice status only in accounting
  • Context in one person's inbox

Connect in Peak One

  • The person is the same in Board, Day and Cashflow
  • The next step is a task with a due date
  • Context and history hang off the contact

One model

What hangs off a customer.

One object, one identity: every app reads and writes the same row.

Your CRM stays connected

Contacts and deals. As the same objects.

Frequently asked questions

Briefly answered.

Is Connect a full sales CRM?

Connect is built for relationships and context: people, companies, events and Reconnect. Deals with stage and amount come in today through HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce or Zoho; a pipeline view of its own is planned.

Will my HubSpot contacts be created twice?

No. External records are mapped, not copied. A HubSpot contact becomes a person in Peak, the external ID remains as a mapping.

Who sees my contacts?

Connect is private by default. Nobody else sees your relationships until you explicitly share something.
