Yes. You start Peak One on the Free plan and keep your Jotform forms running until you've decided.
Will my Jotform submissions be carried over?
Jotform isn't currently in the Peak integrations catalog, so we don't promise an automatic import. You create forms in Forms from scratch. We'll clarify what happens with existing submissions before the move.
Where is my data with Peak One?
The application and database run in Frankfurt am Main. At Jotform, according to the pricing page, local data residency is part of Enterprise.
