Area 01 · Strategy

Clarity about what counts next.

To us, strategy isn’t a slide deck but a decision: which offer you stand behind, which bottleneck gets solved first and which projects you deliberately put on hold.

Analyze my shop

Initial consultation – we clarify whether the bottleneck is truly strategic or operational.

How you'll notice

Three typical situations where strategy is missing

Cut-out composition: a white sculptural hand holds a golden pointer over graduated wooden blocks bearing burgundy game pieces and a golden king – a metaphor for leadership and priority.
01

Too many offers, none carries properly

The website lists five services, sales sells each one differently, and in conversation the customer decides what you actually are. The offer isn’t wrong – it just hasn’t been decided.

02

All projects run in parallel, none arrives

New website, new CRM, new region, new hire – all at once. Each project makes sense on its own. Together they block the same two people.

03

The bottleneck is being looked for in the wrong place

It feels like too little demand. On closer inspection it’s qualification: inquiries come in, but the wrong ones. More advertising would make the problem bigger.

How we proceed

From gut feeling to a focus decision

Example process. The actual sequence depends on how much has already been clarified.

  1. 01

    Review positioning

For whom are you the obvious choice – and why? We compare what you say, what you sell and what customers actually buy.

  2. 02

    Name a viable offer

Which offer can the existing team deliver repeatedly without reinventing every project? That becomes the core.

  3. 03

    Diagnose the bottleneck

Demand, qualification, closing, delivery or payment: we look along the chain at where things actually stall – with your data, not assumptions.

  4. 04

    Set decision criteria

By which criteria will you say yes or no to projects, customers and investments in future? A few criteria that hold up in daily work.

  5. 05

    Prioritize measures

The list becomes a sequence. What first, what next, what deliberately not – with reasoning that still holds up three months from now.

What you hold in your hands

Concrete results instead of a strategy paper

Paper sheets, an optical lens and a brass ruler lie in a wooden type case.
  • A focus decision

One sentence describing what you will concentrate on in the coming months – and that the team knows.

  • A measurable goal

A figure that tells you whether the decision works. Defined with a data source and an owner, not as a wish number.

  • Deliberately postponed projects

A short list of what you don’t do – with the reason. This is often the most valuable part, because it frees up capacity.

Assessment

Strategy is a perspective, not a product of its own.

We don’t deliver market studies or future scenarios. We help you make a sound decision with what you have – and implement it with existing services.

  • Not a substitute for tax, legal or investment advice
  • No promises about revenue or growth results
  • Delivered through existing services, no additional project machinery

Prioritization by contribution margin: how the area shows up in e-commerce.

01

Clarify the sequence

Which station on the path of the money first? Decided by expected impact on contribution margin, effort and feasibility.

02

Separate revenue, ROAS and contribution margin

Set targets so that growth doesn’t scale unprofitably.

Frequently asked questions

Clearly answered.

Do I need a finished company strategy for this?

No. Many conversations start with a list of open projects and a feeling that something doesn’t fit together. That is exactly where the focus decision comes from.

How long does that take?

That depends on how much data is available and how many people make decisions. In the initial consultation we give you a realistic estimate, not a blanket duration.

How does this differ from classic strategy consulting?

We work with the services we implement ourselves: pipeline, sales management, CRM, automation and cash flow overview. For us, strategy doesn’t end with a presentation but with a sequence you can work through.
