Peak Atlas

Services · Peak Atlas

The right service for whatever is holding back your growth right now.

Too few fitting inquiries, revenue stuck in open quotes, a sales operation that only runs with you, manual work eating up the week, or uncertainty about which money comes in next: for each of these situations, Peak Atlas has a clearly defined service – with concrete deliverables instead of vague promises.

Where does it hurt right now?

Five situations. A clear service for each.

You don't need to know any jargon. Choose the situation that feels most familiar – behind it are one or two services with what you concretely get.

The scope is agreed to fit your starting point – not assigned from a catalog.

Situation 01

Too few inquiries come in, or the wrong ones.

The offer sells, but winning customers stays hard to plan. Advertising pays off where people are already searching for your solution or comparing options, planned backward from the won customer.

A mechanical brass filter sorts burgundy puzzle pieces – a metaphor for qualifying suitable inquiries.

Google Ads

Orders from purchase-ready demand

Fits if …

Your offer already sells, and you can report back which inquiries or purchases are economically valuable.

You get …

  • Prioritized proposal for your existing account: campaign structure, budget planning, search queries, and exclusions
  • Ads and landing pages that answer the same question, with tests built around a clear hypothesis
  • Measurement concept, review of conversion signals, and ongoing evaluation across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Video, and other campaign types

ChatGPT Ads

New reach where questions are asked

Fits if …

Your offer can be explained around a concrete decision, and you have room for a limited test in a new channel.

You get …

  • Preparation: offer fit, test question, prerequisites, and agreed test plan
  • Campaign setup, ads, landing page alignment, and agreed conversion tracking
  • Evaluation with reasoned next steps for the following budget decision

Situation 02

The pipeline is full, but little moves.

Quotes sit open, follow-up happens by gut feeling, and nobody can say for sure which opportunity is really closest to closing.

Cut-out composition: a magnifying glass and a burgundy tube, a hand examining a golden coin, next to graduated wooden blocks and a brass tray – a metaphor for reviewing open opportunities.

Pipeline analysis

Prioritized work list instead of a revenue promise

Fits if …

You have open quotes or opportunities in a CRM or a list, and you want to know where revenue is lost and why.

You get …

  • Prioritized work list: every open opportunity with priority, finding, and next step
  • Written findings on the qualitative patterns in your pipeline
  • Recommendation for the next step, even if it's: Your team can handle this on its own
Pipeline analysis view

CRM optimization

A CRM that shows the next step

Fits if …

A CRM is in place, but fields, stages, and reports don't help with decisions in daily work.

You get …

  • Audit report on fields, stages, permissions, automations, and reports with prioritized recommendations
  • Implemented configuration in the existing system, no system switch
  • A few reports with a purpose, and a rollout with the team on real deals
CRM optimization view

Situation 03

Sales runs, but only as long as management keeps everything in view personally.

It's not a lack of effort, but of roles, routines, and a forecast you can trust. Sometimes you need a system that holds up; sometimes a person who leads; often both, in the right order.

Cut-out composition: a white sculptural hand holds a golden pointer over graduated wooden blocks bearing burgundy game pieces and a golden king – a metaphor for leadership and priority.

Sales Management

Roles, stages, routines, and metrics

Fits if …

Your team sells, but stages, reviews, and metrics aren't defined consistently.

You get …

  • Role and stage model with criteria and ownership for every pipeline stage
  • Fixed agendas for the Weekly Pipeline Review and Monthly Funnel Review, including escalation rules
  • Metrics set and forecast logic; we help moderate the first reviews
Sales Management view

External sales leader

Sales leadership without a new full-time hire

Fits if …

There is demand and a team, but management wants to hand off leadership work and keep the decisions.

You get …

  • Written inventory of pipeline, routines, roles, and data quality
  • Action plan with responsibilities, plus weekly and monthly routines in place
  • Forecast logic, deal coaching on specific opportunities, and regular review

Situation 04

Your team enters the same data three times instead of serving customers.

Inquiries, notes, documents, and handoffs are done by hand. Automation pays off where process and data are clear, with human approval at the right points.

Cut-out composition: a white hand feeds a blank card into a brass printing press that outputs burgundy cards – a metaphor for repeatable, automated work.

AI automation

A defined use case instead of a tool purchase

Fits if …

A process comes up regularly, costs noticeable time, and a responsible person can review the results.

You get …

  • Process mapping and reasoned assessment of suitable use cases
  • Pilot with approval points, defined inputs and outputs, and a test log of real edge cases
  • Operating concept: owners, review routine, error handling, and upkeep
AI automation view

Situation 05

Nobody knows for sure which money is coming next.

Open invoices, confirmed orders, and renewals due sit in different tools. What's missing is an overview with owner and next action, not yet another dashboard.

Cut-out composition: an open gold-and-burgundy safe with a long paper strip, stacked gold coins, an empty desk calendar and a golden key – a metaphor for keeping cash flow in view.

Cash Control

Transparency on the next payment received

Fits if …

Finance and sales rarely talk about the same open items, and follow-up depends on individuals.

You get …

  • Inventory of all open items, assigned to the three main states
  • Weekly overview with amount, state, due date, owner, and next action, in the tool your team already uses
  • Written prioritization rule and a fixed alignment routine between finance and sales

Documented project work

Real projects instead of promises.

Three published case studies with starting point, measures and the results documented there – from Google Ads and website work. Each card leads to the full case study.

All case studies

The cases support the service named there: Google Ads in e-commerce and for a SaaS startup, plus website and branding. For sales management, outsourced sales leadership, pipeline analysis, CRM optimization, AI automation and cash control there are no published case studies – the respective detail pages openly show the workflow, deliverables and measurement points.

Process

Three steps that are the same for every service.

No off-the-shelf standard packages: we start with your starting point, put the scope in writing and define in advance how we'll recognize progress.

  1. 01

    Review the starting point

We change nothing until we understand how things really run today, not how they're supposed to run on paper. The initial consultation serves exactly that assessment.

  2. 02

    Agree on scope

Actions, responsibilities, and measurement points are put in writing before the start. We work with the systems your team already uses; switching is the exception.

  3. 03

    Measure progress

How we recognize progress is set in advance. Implementation, review, and next steps follow in a clear order.

If another service – or none at all – comes first, we'll tell you in the initial consultation.

Fit and pricing

The agreed scope of services determines the quote.

A good starting point for working together usually looks like this:

  • Your offer already sells – the problem lies in demand, prioritization, accountability or overview.
  • There are people who sell regularly, and data or systems we can work with – even if they're poorly maintained today.
  • A responsible person on your side can make decisions and review results.

Public packages

Scope, rhythm and duration depend on team size and starting point. After the initial consultation, you'll get a concrete proposal you can review at your leisure.

Frequently asked questions

What companies ask us before the first conversation.

If your question is missing: write to us at contact@peak-atlas.com.

An open paper book on wood, a marble eye fragment and a brass magnifying glass.
I don't know which service I need. Is that a problem?

No, that's the normal case. Bring along where things get stuck. In the initial consultation, we assess your starting point and tell you which service comes first, or whether your team can manage on its own.

How do we define the scope?

In the initial consultation. Scope, cadence, and duration depend on team size, starting point, and goals. Afterward you get a concrete proposal you can review at your own pace.

Do we have to switch our CRM or tools?

Usually not. We work with the system your team already uses. If fields, stages, or permissions get in the way of the routines, we adjust them there.

Can several services be combined?

Yes, but not all at once. If hardly any inquiries come in, for example, demand comes first, before pipeline leadership makes sense. We decide the order together.

How do we know it works?

Before the start, we define how we'll recognize progress, depending on the service, for example qualified inquiries, stage age and conversion in the pipeline, or time per case. Otherwise, anything can be told as a success in the end.

What does working together cost?

The agreed scope determines the quote. For the Sales Manager tiers, the pricing page shows the public packages; for all other services, you get a concrete proposal after the initial consultation.

Fit

Is Peak Atlas right for your online store?

Especially worthwhile if …

  • Your shop already has real demand and should grow profitably.
  • Ads and shop may be optimized together.
  • You make decisions based on numbers and are looking for one partner for both shop and marketing.
Analyze my shop

In the end, an honest assessment – even if it's “not yet.”

Still too early if …

  • Your product hasn't been validated yet.
  • You only want the cheapest possible ads management or don't want to share any numbers.
  • Revenue matters more than profitability, and the shop or offer can't be changed.

Then a later time is usually the better investment. We'll tell you so openly in our conversation.

Ready?

Ready for the nexteuro?

Maybe it's in a shopping cart that never gets ordered. In a campaign that just needs the right matching. In a product page that loads a tick faster. The initial consultation shows you, in 15 minutes, with your numbers.

In the end, an honest assessment of whether and where we can help.
