Area 03 · Technology

Technology has to take work off your plate day to day.

No tool is a goal. We review the data foundation, system boundaries and integrations, choose a use case that saves work, and implement it as an accountable pilot.

Analyze my shop

Initial consultation – we clarify whether a use case is viable before anything is built.

How you'll notice

Three signs that technology creates work instead of taking it away

Overflowing wooden paper trays show the effort of repeated manual data handovers.
01

The same data is maintained multiple times

Customer in the CRM, customer in accounting, customer in the project list – typed in three times, three different ways. Every analysis starts with cleanup.

02

An AI tool was tried out, but nothing changed

The license is running, a few texts were generated. Nothing in the process is different, because it was never defined which task the tool should take over.

03

Nobody knows what happens when a step fails

An automation runs quietly in the background. When it stops, only the customer notices. There is no owner and no alert.

How we proceed

From idea to accountable pilot

Example process. Scope and sequence depend on your systems.

  1. 01

    Check data basis

What data exists, where is it, how clean is it? Without a reliable foundation, any automation is a risk.

  2. 02

    Clarify system boundaries and integrations

Which system leads for which information? Which interfaces exist, which are missing? We define what stays and what gets connected.

  3. 03

    Choose a use case

A recurring task with a clear benefit – for example pre-qualifying inquiries or transferring quote data. Small enough to review.

  4. 04

    Set test criteria

It’s clear beforehand how you’ll tell whether the pilot works: error rate, time saved, satisfaction of users on the team.

  5. 05

    Run the pilot and decide

The pilot runs with human approval at the critical points. After that, you decide based on the criteria: expand, adjust or end.

What you hold in your hands

Process map, use case, test criteria, operations

A wooden toolbox and an open operations manual stand for handover, maintenance and documentation.
  • Process map

The workflow as it is today and as it should look with the pilot – including systems and handovers.

  • A described use case

What gets automated, what doesn’t, what data is needed and where a human approves.

  • Test criteria

Measurable criteria for the pilot, agreed before the start.

  • Operating rule

Who monitors the pilot, how errors are reported and what happens with exceptions.

Assessment

Accountable means: a human stays in control.

We don’t put any automation into operation without an owner, exception handling and test criteria. We don’t replace an IT security audit of your company.

A red sculpted hand beside a manual brass lever and a paper handbook stands for control in operations.

In the online shop

PIM, ERP, feed, tracking: how the area shows up in e-commerce.

01

Product data and feed

Clean product data from PIM or ERP is the foundation for Shopping and Performance Max.

02

Tracking and consent

Without reliable measurement, no lever can be prioritized.

Frequently asked questions

Clearly answered.

Do we have to switch our systems for this?

In most cases, no. We work with the systems you have and define which of them leads for which information.

Which AI tools do you use?

We decide that per use case, not in advance. The choice depends on the data situation, integration options and what your team can operate day to day.

What happens after the pilot?

You decide based on the agreed test criteria. A pilot can be expanded, adjusted or deliberately ended – that, too, is a clean result.
