Connect systems. Keep accountability.

Whoever is responsible for systems gets requirements from all sides. We help capture them cleanly, set a leading data source, settle permissions and monitoring – and build automation so that a human approves.

Analyze my shop

Initial consultation – we look at which requirement belongs in a process map first.

How you'll notice

Three problems that systems leads know

Overflowing wooden paper trays show the effort of repeated manual data handovers.
01

Requirements arrive as a tool wish, not as a problem

“We need an AI tool” instead of “We lose time transferring quote data.” Without the problem, no fitting solution can be built.

02

There is no leading data source

Customer data in three systems, each slightly different. Every integration has to decide who is right – and decides differently each time.

03

Automations run without monitoring

They work until they don’t. Nobody gets an alert, there is no owner, and the exception lands with the customer.

How we proceed

From requirement to accountable operations

Example process. We work with your systems and your permission concepts.

  1. 01

    Capture the requirement

Which task should become easier, for whom, how often? The problem is captured as a process map before tools are discussed.

  2. 02

    Set the leading data source

For each data object – customer, opportunity, order, invoice – it is determined which system leads. All others read.

  3. 03

    Settle permissions and access

Who may see and change what? Automations get their own restricted permissions – no admin rights out of convenience.

  4. 04

    Monitoring and exception handling

Every automation reports errors to an owner. For exceptions there is a defined path – usually a task for a human.

  5. 05

    Human approval at critical points

Where money, customer communication or contracts are affected, a human approves. The automation prepares, it doesn’t decide.

What you hold in your hands

Traceable systems instead of a black box

Cut-out composition: a burgundy card file box full of documents, with cream-colored cards rising above it and a magnifying glass with a burgundy handle – a metaphor for organized customer data.
  • Process map per requirement

The workflow with systems, data objects and handovers – agreed before implementation.

  • Data ownership

A table: data object, leading system, reading systems.

  • Permissions and monitoring concept

What permissions automations have, who receives error messages, how exceptions are handled.

  • Approval points

The points in the workflow where a human decides – documented and mapped in the system.

Scope

No certification claims. No security audit on the side.

We replace no IT security or data protection audit. We align permissions, data flows and operations with your responsible offices – and document what we build.

Frequently asked questions

Clearly answered.

Do you work in our systems or bring your own?

In yours. We set which system leads and connect what needs to be connected. New systems are a separate decision, not a prerequisite.

How do you make sure an automation doesn’t fail unnoticed?

Through monitoring with a named owner, defined error messages and an exception path that ends with a human. That is part of every implementation, not optional.

What about data protection and security?

Permissions and data flows are agreed with your responsible offices and documented before implementation. We claim no certifications and replace no audit.
