Peak Atlas

Capability · Sales

Sales that is led – not hoped for.

Our sales capability starts after the inquiry: analyze the pipeline, define stages and responsibilities, lead weekly, set up the CRM so that it supports sales. If needed, an external head of sales takes over leadership on an interim basis. Selling is still done by your team.

Stages, exit conditions, follow-up rules and a weekly routine in which decisions are made.

03

CRM optimization

Set up the tool so it reflects the way you lead – required fields, reminders, source per inquiry.

Frequently asked questions

Clearly answered.

Do you provide sales staff?

No. We lead and structure; selling stays with your team. If people are missing, the “Find employees” perspective helps further.

Which CRM systems do you work with?

With what you have, as long as it can map stages, required fields and reminders. A switch is only recommended if the system actually prevents leadership.
