Contact channels

How to reach us

For current projects

  • The project channel agreed at kick-off is the fastest way, since the context is already known there.
  • If the channel fails: email contact@peak-atlas.com with the project name in the subject line.
  • Backups are recorded in your project's role table.

For all other requests

  • Email: contact@peak-atlas.com, for invoices, contracts, access, and general questions.
  • Contact page with appointment booking for an initial consultation: /contact.
  • In your email, name the project concerned, your request, and the urgency.

A good fault report

Six details that let us reproduce a fault

A complete report saves the first round of follow-up questions. The draft below asks for exactly these points.

01

Affected page or process

The exact address or name of the process, for example “inquiry form on the homepage” or “automation lead → CRM.”

02

Time

When did it occur, since when has it existed, does it happen always or only sometimes?

03

Steps to reproduce

What did you do, in what order? Numbered steps are gold.

04

Expected outcome

What should have happened?

05

Actual outcome

What happened instead, ideally with the wording of an error message.

06

Redacted screenshot

A screenshot helps when personal data and access keys have been blurred beforehand. Passwords or access keys are never sent with it, and we never ask for them.
