Peak Atlas

World · Direction

Direction that makes it into everyday work. Not just on the strategy paper.

When the goal only exists in your head, the inbox decides. Direction turns a goal into milestones, routines and this week's three tasks, visible every morning on Home.

How you'll notice

Lots going on. Little direction.

  • Every week feels full, yet the quarter feels empty.
  • The team knows the goal only roughly and prioritizes by whoever is loudest.
  • Strategy and day-to-day business live in separate documents that nobody reconciles.

Frequently asked questions

Briefly answered.

Is Direction an OKR tool?

Not in the classic sense. Peak Work works with one goal, three milestones and routines per quarter. That's deliberately leaner than an OKR tree and ties the goal directly to the week's tasks.

Why exactly three priorities per week?

Three fit in your head and on one screen. The number is a decision aid, not a rule from a study. All other tasks stay on the board and in Peak Day.

Can the whole team see the same goals?

Yes. Goals, milestones and projects live where the team works. A goals app of its own for several teams is marked as a preview.
