Rebuilding the broken bridge: makeover of a nonprofit website, case study overview

The death of a loved one is always a difficult time. Balduins Box is a nonprofit association that helps bereaved people cope with their grief. To do this, the association sends boxes to volunteers, who personalize them and hand them to grieving people to help them deal with the loss.

The challenge

The previous website had several problems. First, the donation function wasn't prominently placed and was hard to find. Second, the design was outdated and didn't work well on mobile devices. As a result, it was difficult or impossible for most users to send a grief box, and many potential donors couldn't complete the donation process.

The solution

UX/UI web design, web development.

A clear and appealing website design is essential for a good user experience. To solve Balduins Box's problems, we developed a new UX/UI design that is clear and appealing. Besides a fresh look, we added new features that make it easier for our clients to find what they need.

The result

The end result was a new, responsive and user-friendly website that helped raise donations more effectively and get more grief boxes to people who need them. Balduins Box can now make an even bigger difference in the lives of grieving families.
